Great apartment, but misleading pet policy Positive: Very nice and spacious apartment in a great location close to the centre of Stavanger. The apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished. We especially appreciated the large living room and two separate bedrooms, which were very convenient for our group of six. Negative: Unfortunately, we had a problem regarding the pet policy. The Booking.com description stated that pets were allowed free of charge. However, after making the reservation, the host informed us that only one dog was allowed and later requested a fairly high additional fee for bringing pets. As we booked the accommodation only one day before arrival, we noticed this information on the day of check-in. The host also took more than two hours to respond to our messages and only replied after we contacted them via WhatsApp. At that point, it was too late for us to find alternative accommodation, so we had no realistic choice but to pay the additional cleaning fee. If the extra pet fee had been clearly stated in the Booking.com listing before reservation, we would have chosen different accommodation. The apartment itself was very good, but the incorrect information regarding pets and the slow communication made the experience unnecessarily disappointing.

Positive: Bardzo duża przestrzeń, miejsce do parkowania, duża kuchnia ze wszelkimi akcesoriami. Negative: Daleko do sklepów. Poza tym wszystko na +.

Positive: Sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt: Bad gross mit viel Ablage Negative: Leider waren ein paar Dinge nicht funktionsfähig. Lampen gingen nur zu 50% Kühlschrank sehr in die Jahre gekommen und hat allen Inhalt tiefgefroren obwohl nur auf Stufe 1.
