Positive: Location was great, and considering the price, nothing to complain. Everything you need in the kitchen.
Bathtub was great, and a washing machine was a big plus.
Negative: One of the extra beds was inflatable mattress and the other - leather couch. None of them were comfortable and didn't look like on the pictures. Blinds were missing.
The fridge was not switched on, and the plug in the wall looked like a fire hazard. The wall in the bathroom looked very damaged.

Negative: I letti: uno largo 1,20 a terra, altro divano letto e 1 materasso ad aria per terra. Tetto molto basso, la doccia molto difficile per altezza.

Positive: Very nice and cosy place, it had all you need and more, and was located close to the center. When I had to make an inconvenient last-minute request, Bertsi (the host) was fantastic - very friendly, happy to help me out with no questions asked. Would definitely recommend.
